Water with lemon
This method prevents the formation of uric acid and increases the alkaline environment of the organism. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon, mix it with 230 grams of warm water and drink it on an empty stomach in the morning.
To treat gout, include the following foods in your diet, including berries, pineapple, turmeric, flaxseed, and parsley. Also, in case of pain, applying hot and cold compresses for 15 minutes is helpful.
