Learning to love yourself changes your karma
"Karma" should be considered not as a reward or punishment for a bad deed, but as a principle of energy charging or vital energy. It is believed that when a person loves himself, energy is recharged and directed into the space of life. Through this directed vital energy, events, events, and people create good deeds that help us and others. Lack of love for people and self also leads to the creation of a negative environment through people and events. Therefore, it is believed that a person who cannot love himself cannot love others.

Everyone wants to fix and improve "something" in their life. These "somethings" in our life circle are love, relationships, family, work, money, and the problem of looking for and finding the opportunity to keep them at will depends on whether a person can love himself and how he treats his inner soul. "Karma" tracks our energy charge, not our imagination. This, with a good intention, to create something, in cases where it doesn't work out, a person asks, "why didn't it work?", "what did I do wrong?", why do I pass on what I want?, "is this karma?" , etc., can be explained by the answer that "karma" is what self-love or energy charging is like by falling into a dead end and getting lost in unanswered questions. If we dig a little deeper into our desires, we will learn that we do not love ourselves, and that we make the mistake of asking those dependent on what we desire to reciprocate that love, and if they act to reciprocate that love, the desire will come true, and if they don't, the desire will not come true. Self-love means accepting one's inner world as one's home, keeping it independent from the outside, and respecting one's likes and desires. When the external environment is good and pleasant, a person unconsciously enters a state of self-respect, love and harmony. However, life itself is alive and changes like the weather, so when the external conditions or life changes, a person's self-love and respect disappears, and he is forced to do things he doesn't like, and his desires cease to be fulfilled. Therefore, "karma" is very dependent on external circumstances. That's why people need to keep their inner world calm and invulnerable, just like they stay at home and don't go outside when it's raining or snowing. It is like "karma" with the law of physics that when nailing things, hitting the nail with the hammer or hitting the finger without hitting, the same hammer works and the same force is expended. "Karma" is considered to be a kind of hammer, like a hammer, in which one can sometimes hit the finger without hitting the nail head. Self-love and self-respect make it possible to choose your own "karma" and gain freedom of choice. A person can control his "karma" by loving his inner world, not harboring bad and doubtful thoughts about himself, and by loving and respecting himself. Also, the law of Karma, like other laws of physics, is considered blind, and it is impossible to accept that these laws were, are, are working, and will continue to work in the future as an inexplicable force. Therefore, it is appropriate to strive to learn the art of self-love, without delaying it, without waiting for external, changing and favorable circumstances and times that will allow you to love yourself. Only we can build a world within ourselves, independent from outside.
