Wash 4 oranges thoroughly without peeling them. Wipe it dry and leave it in the freezer for about 2 hours (overnight is even better). Then cut it into 2-3 cm pieces with a knife and mince it with a meat grinder or blender. On top of that, pour 3 liters of boiling hot water and let it stand for about 10 minutes. Add 6 liters of water and 1 kg of sugar to the filtered socon and it will be ready. The remaining juice is boiled for 15 minutes with a little sugar to make jam.
