When you have a headache. Sit in a comfortable position and visualize the memories of the best summer time, as close to nature as possible and out in the wind. Try to slowly experience everything that happened at that time, the sound of the brook, the chirping of birds, the natural smell of plants, the delicious skewers, and in general, all the good things that you experienced at that time. Also try to stay focused and not distracted. After a while, your headache will go away. The main thing is not to be distracted.
When you feel down and depressed. Imagine that you are going to rescue many people in the middle of a dark forest, in a way that only you know. Feel that you are the fire of hope for those people. You have no right to put out that fire.
When you're in a crisis. Think of yourself as a writer. Write down in your mind what caused the crisis, what happened to the main character of your book, or write it down on a single page. Treating it as if it happened to someone else gives you the opportunity to look at the problem from many angles, and you can find new ideas and ways out.
When you want to lose weight. Display a picture you like of yourself and imagine that time by looking at it. Try to remember and feel as vividly as possible when you were young, beautiful, energetic and happy. The subconscious mind has the ability to change the body according to your imagination.
Remove wrinkles with the power of thought. You can get rid of wrinkles by using the power of your thoughts, air and sunlight. Imagine that air and sunlight are being absorbed by every tissue and cell of your skin, and are being attracted to it. Amazingly effective.
When you have a cold or flu, close your eyes and take a deep breath, imagining that you are climbing a snowy mountain peak and taking in the fresh, cold air.
