Here is an easy way to activate your body's reserve power. Take some time and practice it. Energy increases and mood is revived.

• Rub the palms together – 10 times
• Lightly rub your cheeks up and down – 10 times
• Lightly tap the top of the head and back of the head with your fingertips - 10 times
• In the hollow of the glass, press hard with the index finger of the right hand - 3 times
• Do stretching movements to tie hands - 3 times
• Massage between thumb and index finger
