A healthy drink to use before going to bed
Here is a home-made drink recipe that cleanses the body and improves metabolism by drinking it before going to bed.

- 1 lemon
- Parsley 1 package
- 1 tablespoon of powdered ginger
- Vinegar 1 teaspoon
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon spice / bag of spice powder/
- 0.5 liters of water
Put everything in a blender and mix well and it's ready. Drink it every night before going to bed and the results will be manifested in positive changes in your body.
