Psychologist Alexis Kastori recommends an effective 5-10 minute brain exercise when you wake up in the morning and in bed. The brain, like any other organ in the body, needs exercise. Reading, doing puzzles, being full of joy, and having positive thoughts are exercises, but a certain amount of exercise improves the function of the most important human organ, the brain, which increases memory, concentration, perception and speed of thought, all of which increase our ability to work. , life depends on it. It also prevents premature aging and dementia. So make a habit of doing these exercises.

1. Count from 100 to one, as quickly as possible, audibly, while keeping the eyes open.
2. Find out as quickly as possible the words that begin with each letter in alphabetical order
3. Name 20 men. Change every day
4. Find out 20 names of women
5. Say the names of 20 types of food and do not repeat them as much as possible in the next exercises
6. Choose one of the letters of the alphabet and find 20 words starting with that letter, number each word and remember the number
7. Close your eyes, count to 20 and open your eyes, the exercise is over.
