There are two types of happiness. It can be divided into calm, bright and happy holidays, or holidays that make you lose your mind with excitement. A hormone called dopamine acts when excited, and a hormone called serotonin acts when you are happy and satisfied.

Serotonin is not a hormone at first, but it is a neurotransmitter in the brain that is released as a pulsatile substance in nerve cells, and then becomes a hormone when it enters the bloodstream. When serotonin is lacking, symptoms such as mood instability, anxiety, loss of energy, forgetfulness, loss of interest in the opposite sex, and depression are manifested. When serotonin increases, a person's mood is refreshed and energized. To boost your serotonin levels:
- try to expose the sun more to the wind, use bright lights in your home and room
-paying attention to your steps and walking over your shoulder increases serotonin, making you feel confident.
- use foods with serotonin. The food that contains the most serotonin is hard cheese. It is found in lean meat, eggs, seaweed, bran, black plums, mushrooms, curds, millet, white rice, and triangular rice. If there is a decrease in serotonin in the body, B vitamins are used. Also, daily consumption of fruits increases serotonin.

Also, active movement, walking in the fresh air, interacting with pleasant people, listening to your favorite music, and doing things you like increase your happiness hormone. In addition, when the level of this serotonin hormone increases, the mood improves, and when the mood improves, serotonin continues to increase.
