Brain exercises similar to cross-fitness are called neurobics. Five senses are involved in these exercises, and regular practice is beneficial for the formation and strengthening of new brain tissue, the formation of nutrients for the brain, and the improvement of memory. It is clear to everyone that learning to do these exercises supports brain health and is necessary in the current social-thinking and psychological discomfort.

1. When brushing your teeth in the morning, brush with your left hand. Such modified actions are good for expanding the cerebral cortex. Try to open even the toothpaste with your left hand.
2. When taking a shower, close your eyes as much as possible. Your hand senses what it sees and transmits it to the brain.
3. Change the order of things you do when you get up in the morning. Getting dressed first thing in the morning and waking up first thing in the morning, doing the opposite, increases the level of brain activity.
4. Put some things upside down. For example, using the calendar upside down is an exercise to improve brain function, and the right brain begins to fulfill the role of the left brain.
5. Change your habitual sitting position in the morning. It means changing your seat. The brain craves new experiences.
6. Breathe in new scents. Place some herbal scent near your bed for a week. The brain is receptive. Essentially, aromatherapy takes place.
7. Try to feel the sights and smells of the environment while walking. The hippocampus, the part of the brain responsible for memory, is revived.
8. Look at the products of the store you go to and notice them one by one. People get used to the things they take, and the situation where attention is weakened will be corrected. At this time, read the packaging instructions of the newly noticed items. It will be an exercise in concentration.
9. Expand your live relationship as much as possible. Questioning and discussing things develops the cognitive part of the brain.
10. Reading in different ways. Read aloud to yourself, read with your mouth, read with your eyes. Improves brain nerve connections.
