Laughter brings out a part of our inner energy, and when we laugh from the heart, our thoughts stop, and our mind and body enter a state similar to that of deep meditation. When you laugh, you can't think straight. Laughter and thinking are opposite mental acts, and you may notice that when you laugh, your thoughts stop, and if you continue to think, your laughter becomes a lack of laughter. Also, when dancing, a person ceases to think about things, and by the power of the movement, a person becomes like a whirlpool, the boundaries between the mind and the body disappear, and he enters a wonderful state where he does not feel his physical space. controls him. Therefore, laughter and dance are considered to be the best, useful, natural, and easiest way to heal the body, mind, and body. Let's introduce a three-step method of laughing meditation.

1. Just start laughing. At first, it takes a lot of effort, and then, from the sound of your own laughter, you will start to laugh for real, and laugh until you no longer feel yourself, and just focus on laughing. Go deeper into your laughter! - this is a key to enter the secret world. May continue for up to 45 minutes.

2. Lie still with eyes closed as if dead. Focus on your inner consciousness and try to disconnect from the external environment as much as possible. This is called Buddhahood. 6 minutes.

3. Go back to your original position, do vigorous movements, play and dance. The Buddha in you will burst into laughter and joy. The result of this is obvious and does not need to be explained.
