Yawning
Get up in the morning, go out into the fresh air, relax your body, concentrate, inhale air through your nose and breathe until your belly is full of air. Then lift your head and exhale with your mouth open like a yawn. It increases the blood supply to the lungs and heart and prevents chest congestion and cough.

Comb your hair
