How to get rid of double chin
A double chin is a problem for many people. A double chin can be caused by obesity, age, genetics, changes in bone structure, weight loss, incorrect sleeping positions, and bad head posture. So, let's introduce some effective ways to get rid of double chin at home.

- Vitamin E. Foods rich in this vitamin should be consumed, and are found in large amounts in green vegetables, liver, and nuts. You should also apply vitamin E oil solution to your chin and neck.
- Egg white. Egg white has the effect of pulling loose and sagging skin. Mix 2 egg whites with 1 tablespoon of milk, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and apply it from the forehead down to the nape of the neck. Do it in a horizontal position. Wash it with warm water after 15-20 minutes.
- Green tea. Green tea helps in losing weight, so drink green tea throughout the day.
