First aid for high blood pressure

When the pressure rises sharply, proper breathing is helpful.
When blood pressure rises, for 2-3 minutes, hold your breath for 7-9 seconds with each exhalation. The pressure drops by 30 units
Take any sedatives
Open the window vents and let in fresh air
If you use blood pressure medication, take it in layers
Lie in a semi or fully horizontal position
