Fear resides in the feet
Let's say you're the dispatcher of a huge power plant, and if one of the hundreds of pieces of equipment there start flashing and beeping, you'll immediately disconnect and shut it down. If we don't accept it and think about it, we know what kind of destruction will happen. However, we are the dispatchers who have to be extremely responsible for our bodies, which are precious and cannot be replaced by anything else, comparable to nuclear power plants. Our bodies are flesh and blood, intricately structured, perfect mechanisms, the equivalent of a sewing machine next to a nuclear power plant.

Thus, our body and mind, which is our perfect mechanism, gives us various vital signals all the time, every moment: - "don't eat too many sweets", "you can't stand this person", "keep quiet" etc., but we, They don't consider these things as important, they think too much about going to the doctor, asking them to treat them with medicine, or even ignoring them, they end up in a state of sadness. We differ from the dispatcher of that nuclear power plant in only one way, and that is the scale of destruction. But we are the only ones!!! From the moment we are born, we lose our natural characteristics, and we are unable to fully perform the actions that we do when we are emotional and relax our nerves and brain. When a small child cries in the street, his mother will almost pinch him by angrily telling him to be quiet, because the idea that a well-behaved child does not scream loudly has been deeply embedded in his brain. At this time, firstly, the child got hurt when he fell, and secondly, he thought that he would lose his mother. As a child, the mother is not aware of the fact that she died for her actions. Thus, such actions will continue to be repeated as the child grows up, and will reach the level of conditioned reflexes, and our son must stop screaming and crying when he is in pain and grievances, he will choke his throat, swallow his tears and store them inside, for the rest of his life, tears, screams, complaints, and sayings. He keeps swallowing his words, and it turns into rage inside. This is a true example of the law of conservation of energy. It is said that people have to grit their teeth to put up with anything. It is said that in life, one out of every two people's teeth are worn down to the root due to patience. After reading this, you might think that if you cry, cry, sing, or scream. However, humans cannot do this. Because it is based on fear. Knees tremble with fear. Feet are our backbone. When a person is afraid, and when he is afraid, he loses his emotional balance, and the body and mind perceive it as a mirror reflection. Knee tremors, period pain, and leg cramps for no reason are signs of internal fear. If you are interested in loving, respecting and listening to your body, you can do the following exercises with complete confidence. You will have to spend 2 hours at home in a quiet environment before noon. Dress in the most comfortable way for your loose body and take your time to find the most comfortable position for you. When your body has found a very comfortable position, sit still for a while and feel which part of your body is tight, which part is loose, where it is warm, where it is cool, where it is even hot, which part is touching the clothes, which part is touching the chair, the carpet , begin to listen carefully and slowly as it touches the floor. Your consciousness is acting as a recording device. While listening to your body, slowly rise to your feet, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, imagine that you are standing on the floor with your feet, taking all the weight of your body on you, and not slouching. Your body gets heavy when you think about it. Sway a little and notice the position of your feet. Then lie on the ground, bend your legs and place the soles of your feet on the floor, listen to your breath for a while, relax your lower jaw, inhale through your nose, and exhale through your half-open mouth. After a minute, chant as you exhale. Add a sound with each exhalation. Any sound can be produced. Go ahead. Don't be shy. We can lie with words. But sounds never lie. This is the inner voice. At first it may feel awkward and scary. Breathe out as loud as you like, as loud as you like, or as soft as you like, or as subtle or bold as you like. You are expressing your natural self at this time, and releasing your hidden emotions.

Beasts growl and die. They don't suffer from stress and depression like we do. However, we are also natural creatures. Hardened? Think about it.
