Buddhist ideals are full of teachings that are closest to people and appeal to the human mind. Buddhist teachings are a philosophy and are universally accepted as the perfect teachings that have been deeply explored and answered by the current scientific research of psychology. Reflecting on the meaning of these teachings and following the right path leads to "true" happiness.

1. Life is suffering.
Because of teaching this truth, Buddhism is called the religion of seduction, but there is a deep meaning behind this teaching, and it is an amazing truth because it shows the real truth that people turn their own lives into suffering and solves the cause of suffering. As humans, we create and create suffering for ourselves by being too obsessed with material interests and expectations of our lives. How to understand the reason for this and how to use it on a daily basis? Let go of the feeling that something is wrong, let go of frustration. Understanding that illness, death, loss, grief, and loss are an integral part of life will lessen the pain. By accepting life as it is, letting go of the idea that life should be easy and safe, you get rid of greed and jealousy. The lives of celebrities and famous people, who are presented daily by the media as symbols of the easy life, are also subject to disease, death, disease, sadness and loss. This is an inevitable fact of life. Also, we have to try to get rid of the quality of suffering, suffering, unpleasant things and imperfect things in life. Learn to open your heart to uncertain encounters rather than waiting for something certain and imagined in your mind. Life becomes easier when we understand that these sufferings of the world are beyond our control and the way of the world.

2. Life is fickle.
Indeed, life is always changing. We can't go back in time, we can't redo or fix anything. Our cells are constantly renewing, our thoughts are constantly changing, and we live in perpetual change, day and night. Every day, every hour, every moment is different. The changeable quality of this life has a charm to comfort difficult and difficult times. Therefore, teach this impermanence, that everything in life changes, and look at things from this point of view. Don't forget that this quality also applies in happy times. By realizing this, one is freed from the shackles of life. 100 years before Buddha said this idea, the ancient Greek philosopher Heraclitus first expressed it in a slightly different way: "The current of one river cannot enter the water twice." And so is life. When you understand this with your heart, everything becomes lighter and you start appreciating the little pleasures you have, from even the shoes you like to wear to your healthy body and healthy mind. Appreciate every pleasant moment and stop worrying that the unpleasant moments will ever end or pass.

3. People are changeable.
We live with the desire to discover and discover that there is some immutable essence within us. However, the law of the unstable quality of life also applies, and we are always changing. Buddhism believes that human nature is constantly evolving and changing over time, and at any time, location, or place, a person can change himself and become a completely different person. Everyone is taught to see what they want to be at this very moment, and to become exactly that, and for this they teach that they need to correct their mind and immerse themselves in knowledge. It is naive that evil thoughts arise from ignorant minds, and evil deeds arise from evil thoughts.
